UPDATE:

The Kern County coroner has identified 20-year-old Raymond Juan Richer as the victim of the deadly shooting on Casey Avenue Tuesday.

According to the coroner, a postmortem examination was performed and the cause of death is multiple gunshot wounds and the manner of death is Homicide.

ORIGINAL:
The Kern County Sheriff's Office said it is searching for a gunman in Delano following a deadly shooting Tuesday morning.

Officials said they were notified around 3:30 a.m. of a shooting victim in the area of 10200 Casey Avenue.

When deputies arrived to the scene they found an adult white male with gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

There is no suspect information.
