Wednesday morning, friends and family gathered to remember the life of Bailey Schweitzer, the 20-year-old local woman who was shot and killed in the Las Vegas shootings.
The service was held at Valley Bible Fellowship and was focused around faith and the hope she's in heaven now.
"If you hear anybody say Bailey died, correct them will you? Bailey's not dead," said Pastor Ron Vietti during the service.
Pastor Ron also told a story about a bird flying into the church after Bailey passed.
"It flew around and whenever Bailey's picture came up it, it landed on it. And I thought 'does that bird have anything to do with Bailey?' and the moment I thought that, it almost hit me in the head going out," he said.
Bailey has been laid to rest at Greenlawn Cemetary.
