BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — It's part scavenger hunt, part obstacle course and its all fun, the 7th annual Bakersfield Amazing Race is going on today!

The race will be held downtown on Saturday, March 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Teams of two or four will navigate through local businesses solving clues and face challenges at 11 different venues. Teams are encouraged to dress up for the event which benefits the stewards.

The team that wins first place can win a $400 prize.
