A Northern California woman has been identified in the case of human remains found in the Mill Creek Canal in late 2015.
The Kern Co. Coroner's Office said on Wednesday the remains were identified as belonging to Ebonie Deloney, 39, of Sacramento.
Investigators found Deloney's remains in the canal between California Ave. and Q St. on the morning of December 12, 2015.
