Happening on Saturday, You can help celebrate black history month  by participating in a special community event.

The 21st annual parade event will kick off at 10:00am on 21st and V Streets. 

As Black History Month comes to an end, this parade will honor African American culture and their achievements.

The parade will feature live entertainment, food and lots of fun. 

The Heritage Festival will be followed after the parade at P and 21st Streets.
