The Bakersfield California Highway Patrol is holding a recruitment seminar Monday night for those interested in becoming a public safety dispatcher with the department.

The seminar will be held on Dec. 18 at 5:30 p.m. at the Bakersfield CHP office located at 9855 Compagnoni Street.
