BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield City Manager Alan Tandy retired Wednesday after 27 years of service in that position.
During a ceremony at City Council Chambers, Mayor Karen Goh and council members presented Tandy with a key to the city and recognize Jan. 8 as Alan Tandy Day.
