Bakersfield City School District hosted their 2nd Annual Parent University Kick-Off Celebration on Saturday, September 29th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
BCSD welcomed families to the 2017-2018 school year, encouraged parents to get involved and take part in what Parent University has to offer.
They had a free Continental breakfast and catered lunch. You can find more information on the event here.
The theme this year is "Reach One, Teach One."
