The Bakersfield City School District Education Foundation launched a new campaign Tuesday called the “Tree of Knowledge”.

The “Tree of Knowledge” allows community members to purchase various types of leaves. The leaves will feature the purchaser’s names, which will be on permanent display at the education center in Downtown Bakersfield.

Money raised will go toward teacher and technology grants benefiting BCSD students.
