On December 8, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Bakersfield City School District (BCSD) Education Foundation will hold the 21st Annual Teddy Bear Picnic Holiday Luncheon.
Held at the Doubletree Hilton in Central Bakersfield, the event will feature a silent auction of dozens of donated handcrafted gift baskets, raffle prizes and musical entertainment by BCSD students. Proceeds from the event go toward teacher grants for BCSD classrooms.
