A Bakersfield College instructor has pleaded not guilty after being arrested on sex charges in late July.
On July 21, Bakersfield Police Department detectives conducted a sexual assault investigation involving a female minor and a part-time music instructor.
Detectives arrested Andrew Hubbard, 27, of Bakersfield, on charges of unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under 18, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and furnishing marijuana to a minor.
