Police are looking for a man they say keeps harassing students near Bakersfield College.  

The suspect is described as a white male - mid to late 40's, with long dirty blonde or brown hair.  Driving a 90's gold Toyota Camry with faded paint spots.  

This man is apparently coming up to people while they're jogging near the college.  

Now if you remember, police were looking for a similar suspect two-weeks ago who was also driving gold Toyota Camry.  In that incident, police were looking for a man they say harassed a female student who was also jogging near the campus.  

No one's been hurt so far and police say no crime has been committed yet.  It’s unclear if this is the same person but police are still encouraging people to keep a look out.
