A part-time Bakersfield College music instructor arrested on sex charges in July appeared in court Thursday.
Andrew Hubbard, 27, pled no contest to oral copulation with a person under 18. The charges of unlawful sexual intercourse and furnishing a minor with marijuana were dropped.
Hubbard’s sentencing will be held January 12, 2017.
