Bakersfield College is hosting a recruiting event for new instructors.
On Saturday, November 4th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 7th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Bakersfield College will host an Adjunct Fair in the library.
The Adjunct Fair will provide potential applicants with the inside scoop regarding the hiring process and given opportunities to complete the applications on location.
Additionally, the Adjunct Fair will address how equivalency works and who may qualify for various positions. While a Master’s Degree is usually the minimum qualification, there are exceptions to the rule and the college is ready to help potential applicants explore the possibilities.
The college is accepting applications for all departments, but is especially interested in applicants with Communication, Biology, Math, and English qualifications.
