The Bakersfield Downtown Business Association (DBA) has announced its endorsement of Measure J, a $502.8 million bond for projects across three Kern Community Colleges.

The measure would help Bakersfield College, Cerro Coso Community College, and Porterville College.

The measure will need 55% of votes to pass in the election November 8.
