The Bakersfield Fire Department deployed three overhead resources to the Railroad Fire on Wednesday.
The fire is located west of Highway 41 near Yosemite National Park.
A Strike Team Leader, a Type 1 Engine Company, one Medical Unit Leader, one Supply Unit Leader and one Ordering Manager will join the 350 fire personnel battling the fire that has consumed over 1,000 acres.
The fire got started around 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
