Bakersfield Fire Department working to stop brush fire near Riverwalk

The Bakersfield Fire Department reported a "working fire" in brush and trees in the river bottom near Riverwalk. Firefighters remain on the scene for extensive overhaul after working to put out a fire near the bike path.
No injuries have been reported.
