Bakersfield Fire Department firefighters responded to a structure fire just after noon Monday August 7th which left two people suffering from smoke inhalation.
Firefighters reported the fire in a vacant single story, single-family residential structure. Multiple hoselines were deployed and firefighters were then able to get inside the house and attack the fire from there.
