Bakersfield High School is holding their annual 9/11 tribute.

The tribute will be held on the Bakersfield High School campus. The BHS Color Guard will raise the American flag to half-staff, and BHS students and staff will sing the National Anthem. BHS ROTC cadets will place a wreath in front of the flag pole, followed by a moment of silence. The ROTC cadets will then march the rest of the day in front of the flag pole, similar to the march at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington, D.C. 

Bakersfield High School has been holding annual tributes for the victims of 9/11 since 2001.
