Bakersfield High School’s Ryan Crowley received the 2016 Mayor’s trophy for outstanding performance in academics, athletics, public service, and leadership.
He received the prestigious award as part of the Kern High School District’s promoting excellence in athletics and activities in the county.
Crowley beat six other finalists.
