BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The city of Bakersfield can be a lot of fun but where does it rank among the nation's best?

The website WalletHub just released a list of the "Most Fun Cities in America" and Bakersfield does indeed appear on the list, ranking 96th out of the 182 listed cities.

The study looked at three specific areas: entertainment and recreation; nightlife and parties; and costs. Bakersfield received its highest score in the "costs" category, ranking 45th out of the listed cities.

The number one city on the list? Las Vegas, Nevada.
