On Tuesday, February 28th, 2017, at about 12:40 pm, officers of the Bakersfield Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of N Street. During a subsequent search of the vehicle, a loaded firearm was located. As a result of the investigation Randy Calloway, 38, of Bakersfield, was arrested for firearm and vehicle code violations.
