A Bakersfield man has been identified as the victim of a traffic fatality on the Westside Parkway on-ramp in Bakersfield on Saturday, November 24. 

27-year-old Kyler Layton Franey was the operator of a truck that left the road and crashed around 11 p.m. on Saturday.

He died at the scene and a postmortem examination will be conducted to confirm the cause and manner of his death.
