BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A Bakersfield man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for receiving child pornography, U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott announced Monday.
Officials said between October 28, 2016, and November 27, 2016 Augustine Amon Reyes either received or distributed 10 to 150 images of minors engaged in sexually explicit activity on the internet.
Court documents stated that the images also "included depictions of prepubescent minors."
Reyes also "engaged in a pattern of activity involving the sexual abuse of minors," according to officials.
