UPDATE (9:56): During his scheduled sentencing Tuesday morning, Peter Garcia asked to take back his original plea deal.
His sentencing has now been pushed back to 1 p.m. today.

The man responsible for the death of man whose body was found inside a recycling bin will be sentenced Tuesday morning.
Peter Garcia pleaded no contest to a charge of voluntary manslaughter last year in the death of Efren Estrada. That murder happening back in 2014 when Estrada’s remains were found inside a blue recycling bin.
Garcia was originally faced a charge of first-degree murder.
He is set to be sentenced at 8:30 a.m.
