Bakersfield native, and Bakersfield High School graduate Anthony McClanahan has been helping the vicims in Texas. 

The former linebacker for Dallas, now lives in Arizona. He operates a sports organization helping young kids stay in shape and learn football. 

McClanhan was orgianally volunteering in Texas for Hurricane Harvey, but flew out to Puerto Rico on Tuesday night to help out with Hurricane Irma. 

McClanahan and his wife did a Facebook live Tuesday night from Puerto Rico helping ahead of Hurricane Irma.

They have set up a GOFUNDME page, and a Facebook Page to follow their journey and to donate money to the victims of both Hurricanes.
