BAKERSFIELD, Calif.  — Bakersfield Police Department arrested a 37-year-old man for annoying a child after officials said he grabbed her and kissed her on the cheek Thursday morning.

Upon arrival, officers saw Rolando Arrellano Castillo being detained by several people.

Officials said their investigation showed that Castillo approached a 15-year-old girl as she was walking home on Union Avenue near California Ave. around 10:45 a.m.

Castillo grabbed the juvenile, kissed her on the cheek, and then directed her to kiss him on the cheek, according to police.
