BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — One man took the Bakersfield Police Department on a short pursuit Sunday evening.
According to BPD, at around 4:30 p.m. the man crashed into a fire hydrant on Ming Avenue near New Stine Road.
BPD says the man ran away, but BPD were able to catch and arrest him. BPD says the vehicle was stolen.
