The Bakersfield Police Department arrested two men Friday night after reports of a shooting.
Officials said just before 10:00 p.m. officers responded to the the 200 block of Donna Avenue near Union Ave and 2nd St. for reports of a shooting.
When police arrived they found two residences, with people inside, that had bullet strikes. No one was injured.
During the investigation officers found a stolen .40 caliber firearm with a high-capacity magazine and seized it.
Officers found Thaddeus Thomas, 20, and Bryson Tate, 18, at the scene and arrested both. They were later booked for firearm violations, possession of stolen property, and gang participation.
