The Bakersfield Police Department found a missing at-risk man unharmed Wednesday morning after he walked away from a medical facility in the 5100 block of Stockdale Highway near California Avenue. 

CHP issued a Silver Alert for Alton Dewitt Hall on Wednesday. 

Hall is described as a white male adult, 63 years old, 5'10'', 160 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, with a beard. 

He was last seen wearing a dark blue ski cap, dark blue shirt, and blue jeans. 

Police said Hall is at-risk due to his medical condition.
