Two people are behind bars after a search warrant led officers to drugs and several firearms. 

The Bakersfield Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of E. Moneta Ave. and N. Chester Ave. around 8:00 p.m. Saturday night. 

During a subsequent search police seized multiple firearms, one of which was determined to be stolen. 

Police also found a large amount of marijuana and suspected methamphetamine. 

As a result, officers arrested Alexander Guzzardo, 27, and Jennifer Cottrell, 37, for marijuana and narcotic sales, possession of stolen property, and numerous firearm charges.
