The Bakersfield Police Department and the Kern County Auto Theft Task are asking for the community's help to find two suspects wanted for multiple counts of vehicle theft as well as operating a chop shop.

The first suspect Teresa Barger, 37, is described as a white female, 5'4" and 140 pounds. She has blonde hair and green eyes. 

The second suspect Jimmy Kellet, 41, is described as a white male, 5'10" and 170 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
