The Bakersfield Police Department has scheduled another DUI/ Driver's license checkpoint for this Friday September 15, 2017.
The checkpoint will be at an undisclosed location, within city limits, between 6:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.
Officers will be looking for signs of alcohol and/or drug impairment while they also check for valid driver's licenses.
Drivers who are caught driving impaired can expect a DUI arrest to include jail time, fines, fees, DUI classes, among other things that could amount to over $10,000.
