Officers responded to a report of a shooting on Tuesday night on Brook Street near Shellmacher Avenue. 

The victim, an adult man suffered a single gunshot wound to the leg. Police said he was transported to a local hospital following the incident where he is listed in stable condition with a non-life threatening injury.
