BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating an incident where a 1-year-old fell out of a window in the 600 block of Union Avenue.

According to the BPD, the incident happened early Thursday morning.

The baby is still in critical condition and the investigation into the incident is on-going.
