Bakersfield Police are investigating a shooting in east Bakersfield. 

The shooting happened just after 1:00 p.m. in the area of S. King Street and Texas St. 

Officers are on scene.

Initial reports are that one person was grazed by a bullet and another person was shot and transported to Kern Medical by private vehicle. 

Officers are investigating.
