BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is working to identify a suspect responsible for stealing from a car.

The crime reportedly happened on November 15 on Quintana Drive.

BPD has described the suspect as a White or Hispanic man, slim build, wearing a black/white hat, a sweatshirt with the word “Power” on the back, and dark colored jeans.
