UPDATE: The Bakersfield Police Department says Magana has been located.

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing at-risk adult.

Ramon Valdez-Magana was last seen on December 13, 2019, at about 4:00 a.m. in the 2100 block of College Avenue. He is considered to be at-risk due to a medical condition.

Valdez-Magana is described as a Hispanic male, age 64, 5’8” tall, 200 lbs., brown hair, hazel eyes, last seen wearing a brown coat and blue jeans.
