BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in a theft.

According to the BPD, on September 20th, the suspect asked an employee at the Global Loan if he could view a piece of jewelry. At that point, the suspect fled the business with the item.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 20 to 25 years old. He stands 5 foot 11 inches tall, weighs about 180 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt, black shorts, and a black baseball cap.
