Bakersfield Police Department searching for suspect in Kohl's strong-arm robbery

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspected wanted in a strong-arm robbery.

According to the BPD, the crime occurred on October 1st at the Kohl’s on Rosedale Highway. The suspect fled after "concealing clothing on his person and assaulting a loss prevention agent."

The suspect is described as an African-American man approximately 15-20 years old. He stands 5 foot, 11 inches and weighs about 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a photograph on the front, navy blue and silver basketball-style shorts and grey tennis shoes.
