BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department has released the name of the victim of a shooting in East Bakersfield on Saturday, June 8.

43-year-old, Juan Carlos Gracia, was found unresponsive on Brown Street at 10:12 p.m. Gracia died at the scene around 10:39 p.m.

A postmortem examination was performed and the cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds and the manner of death was homicide.
