BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield Police are investigating a homicide in the area of 2200 Lewis Puller Drive, near Mill Creek and 21st Street.

According to police, it was an assault of some sort.

The bike path between 24th and 21st street is closed at this time, but no roads have been impacted.
