Bakersfield Police are investigating the death of a 3-month-old baby in Central Bakersfield.
Ashley Ventura was found unresponsive inside the residence in the 2600 block of Columbus Street on Wednesday.
She was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. The cause of death is still pending.
