The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for robbing an AMPM last week.

On September 28, 2017 at 10:32 a.m., the suspect entered the AMPM convenience store located at 900 Monterey Street, pointed a firearm at an employee, and demanded currency.

The suspect fled with loss from the business and is described as a:

Hispanic male, 18-29 years of age, thin build, black hair, light mustache, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
