Bakersfield police looking for at-risk missing 10-year-old runaway

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in attempting to locate an at-risk missing juvenile runaway.

Police said Jessie James was last seen Wednesday around 7:30 a.m. in the 6000 block of Friant Dr. near Stockdale Hwy. and California Ave.

Jesse is described as a white male, 10 years old, 5'0'', 80 pounds, with a thin build, brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a black tank shirt, black sweatpants and black shoes.

Jesse is considered at-risk due to it being his first time being reported missing and his age. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call BPD at 327-7111.
