Bakersfield police released the following statement:
The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying and locating the following suspect wanted for Grand Theft Auto.
On August 23, 2015, the victim’s vehicle was stolen from the 3200 of Bernard St.

On August 28, 2015, at 4:00 am, the victim’s vehicle was captured by a red-light-camera at the intersection of Oswell St. and Bernard St. running a red light.
The driver of the stolen vehicle was photographed operating the car. The suspect is described as a:
hispanic male, late teens – early 20’s, thin build.
