Bakersfield police are looking for a missing 25-year-old man who is at risk due to a medical condition. 

Oscar Lucero was last seen on East 11th Street, near Clyde Street in East Bakersfield. 

He is 6'00", weighs 180 lbs., has black hair, brown eyes with a mustache and chin hair. 

Anyone with information is asked to call BPD at 327-7111.
