Bakersfield Police are asking for the public's help in finding a runaway teenager who was last seen this weekend in northwest Bakersfield.

Police said Starr Carrigan was last seen on Sunday, Dec. 3 around 2 p.m. in the 4500 block of Coffee Road.Carrigan, 17, is considered to be at risk due to a medical condition and it being her first time missing.

Carrigan is described as a:

White female, 17-years-old, 5'07, 220 pounds, brown hair, green eyes, wearing a maroon Carl's Jr. jacket, black pants and black shoes.
