UPDATE 9/24/17: Bakersfield police say Samantha Vega was located, unharned and has returned home.

The Bakersfield Police Department is looking for a runaway juvenile considered to be at-risk due to her age.

15-year-old Samantha Vega was last seen in the 3400 block of Union Avenue on Saturday, September 23 at about 6:15 p.m.

She's described as a Hispanic female, 5'-6", 250 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt red roses and torn blue denim pants.
