The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance locating a missing juvenile, considered at-risk due to first time missing and a medical condition. The missing girl is Natalie Esther Silva, a 17-year-old Hispanic juvenile.

She is 5’-00”, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen on October 15, 2016 on Jackstraw Street, just north of Hosking Avenue. She was last seen wearing a white tank top and blue jeans and a backpack with a Native American design and tassels.
